The El Limonar farm has been going strong since 1980 when Jose Bernabe Martinez planted his first coffee seedlings, offering up to nearly 40 years of high quality beans. All of the cherries are hand-picked, washed, and left to patio dry for 8-10 days. We get a beautiful red apple acidity, delicate Darjeeling tea mouthfeel and a sweet finish to the cup.
